Originally hailing from Montpellier, south of France, Ines founded her first business - a beauty center & spa at the age of twenty-one. She sold the business 5 years later at its peak to travel the world making her niche in the fashion industry.

In 1995, she became the Asia/ Pacific Director of IMG Models in Hong Kong introducing world-famous supermodels to Asia, such as Tyra Bank, Milla Jovovich Stephanie Seymour, Caroline Murphy, Liv Tyler and Angela Lindevall.  

In 1998, she was appointed the National Director of Miss Universe Japan by New York real estate mogul Donald Trump who owns the trademarks of Miss Universe worldwide. She has since produced three top 5 finishes in the Miss Universe pageant within a span of four years beginning with Miyako Miyazaki finishing 5th in 2003, Kurara Chibana finishing 2006 Miss Universe 1st Runner-Up, and Riyo Mori, Miss Universe 2007.
