Amir Ayalon is the founder and president of Sozon Inc., a Tokyo based Online Marketing firm leading the Japanese market in SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Sozon was established in 2003 and launched Japan's first SEO software solution "SeoSpy".

Since establishing the Sozon brand in late 2003, the company has gone from 3 people to over 30 and continues to grow rapidly. Amir has lectured at places such as the ACCJ, SES Tokyo (Search Engine Strategies), Digital Hollywood and others and has been featured in various print media since founding the company.

Originally coming to Japan to study Aikido, in the past Amir had co-founded a company in Japan offering "Offshore Services" such as incorporation of IBC's and advice on various offshore matters. Immediately prior to Sozon, Amir was the Technical Business Director at Solis KK (later acquired by GMO) where he developed several cutting edge solutions still in use today by some of Japan's largest ISPs.

In addition, Amir serves as a director at other companies including the Entrepreneur Assosciation of Tokyo (www.ea-tokyo.com) and English OK (www.englishok.jp).
