Thank you for your interest in EA-Tokyo. If you have already registered as a member please go to our seminar registration page. Please complete the following application as thoroughly as possible. Please specify the information that you would like to appear in the Members' Directory by selecting 'yes' (Y) or 'no' (N) in the relevant sections. The Members' Directory will be published on our web site in the future. Listing in the Members' Directory is optional and is not required.

EA-TOKYO REGISTRATION FORM

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
1. Registration for each seminar is on a first-come first-served basis and will close as soon as capacity is reached.

2. The seminar rate includes the welcome package documents, the featured presentation, question and answer period, followed by the networking session, beverages and a buffet meal.

3. For selected seminars,simultaneous interpretation will be provided from English to Japanese and Japanese to English.

4. If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have already paid, you must cancel at least two business days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations received less than two business days before an event.

5. Seminar fee payment instructions will be sent to you once we have received your completed registration form.

6. Members are not required to attend the seminars. All events are optional and are open to members and non-members alike.
